We recommend booking during your second trimester (around 20-28 weeks) to secure your preferred date. Newborn sessions are ideally held within 5-14 days after birth when babies are sleepiest and most flexible for posing. Once your baby arrives, simply contact us to confirm the exact date.

To secure your session date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. We accept bank transfers and all major credit cards.

Life happens, and we understand! Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session within 6 months.

Yes! All packages include high-resolution digital images with a print release for personal use. Images come professionally edited and ready to print at any lab of your choice.

Our newborn sessions start from packages that include the session fee, edited digital images, and an online gallery. Prices vary by package and add-ons — see our Packages page for current LKR pricing. We also offer flexible payment plans and gift vouchers.

We accept bank transfers to our local Sri Lankan account and all major credit and debit cards. A 50% deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due on the day of your session.

Yes! Gift vouchers make a wonderful present for expecting parents, new grandparents, or family milestones. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed against any session type or package. Contact us to purchase.

Yes — we offer fine art albums, framed prints, canvases, and gallery walls crafted by trusted local print partners. We will guide you through artwork options after your gallery is delivered so your favourite images can live beyond the screen.
